Established in 2006, Cavaliers wrestling is mainstay in school culture

When King's Christian Collegiate opened its doors in 2001, the school was host to under 50 students, with only limited opportunities to participate in sports.  If you didn't play volleyball, basketball, or soccer, one really didn't have a chance to shine athletically.

That all changed with the arrival of Tom Fusilli in 2005. Coming from a wrestling background, Fusilli felt a need for students to have a more disciplined physical outlet.  After a year of planning, and with Nic Armstrong as the new Athletic Director, the team was officially welcomed into the already strong athletic program.

Since its inception, King's continues to produce outstanding wrestlers.  These wrestlers are strong physically, mentally, academically, and spiritually, all qualities that make King's Christian Collegiate students a step above the rest.
